Philosophy…
My
Yoga Singapore sets to use the wonderful teachings of Yoga to tackle Singaporean lifestyle challenges
and needs, so as to provide the Singapore working class an avenue to relieve the physiological, psychological
and biological symptoms faced after long periods of stress tensions, which can potentially lead to harmful
medical conditions.
Today’s Challenges…
As
Singapore’s a city country that relies heavily on manpower resources, the working class have thus subjected
itself to bouts of stresses, which accumulatively over time, lead to non-medically-relievable neck, shoulder
and back aches/pains, others worsen to medical issues such as high blood cholesterol, high or low blood
pressure, gout, arthritis, etc, which if unattended, lead to cancers, heart diseases and terminal
illnesses.
The
Way to end it…
My
Yoga Singapore aims to direct relevant Yoga practices from a wealth of 840, 000 poses, 100 over
breathing techniques and concentrative practices to allow the time-constraint working class in
Singapore to handle their daily
challenges, and at the same time, maintain an optimal physical and mental well-being.
